Jan Bernhart has been working at the Independent Recruiters Group since 2008. He started as database manager and quickly took on a multitude of projects aimed at supporting the consultants. After gaining his Masters in Social Sciences, he became an IT consultant, a role which enables him to draw on his interest in IT and his knowledge of soft skills.
