Esther Scharloo has been working at Independent Recruiters since 2008. After her Marketing & Communication studies, she initially worked in that area until making the move into a sales role at Microsoft and an Exact Software Center. In 2005, she entered the world of job placement. For 2.5 years, she worked in the Marketing & Communication unit at Yacht as an account manager and then as an account manager/recruiter at Conclusion.
