Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help grow the European teams. The majority of the vacancies that you will focus on, will be in the area of sales, project management, marketing and business support. Your responsibility is to manage the full recruitment process from sourcing candidates from various channels until close the hire. The company is growing rapidly, which also brings interesting projects when it comes to recruitment. Besides that your responsibilities are:

  • Write and publish new job advertisements;
  • Assess incoming applications;
  • Maintaining contact with- and finding potential candidates through various channels, such as LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Conducting job interviews;
  • Introducing the candidates to the hiring managers and plan the appointments;
  • Managing external partner and recruitment agencies;
  • Help to increase the company growth target.

Requirements Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a candidate who has the following experience and qualities;

  • Completed a Bachelor Degree or Master Degree;
  • Fluent in English, in addition you speak either Dutch, German, Finnish or Swedish;
  • 1-2 years experience in recruitment;
  • Likes to source for candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Candidate focused with excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Experience to find the right candidates with various sourcing tools;
  • Living in Amsterdam (or planning to move there).
