We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a corporate catering service provider based out of the UK with regional office in NL. This organisation stays ahead of their competitors by their love for fresh, local and seasonal produce. They are winning ground in mainland Europe and currently looking for a Business Development Manager for their NL market.

In this position you will be responsible for proactively filling, managing and representing this organisation in all pipeline activity and geographical growth to achieve sales targets. Job profile

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Actively approaching prospective business;
  • Explore new business opportunities with potential customers;
  • Ensure proposals and presentations offer clients innovative food and service ideas & are accurate and professional;
  • Ensure financial elements of tenders and proposals are accurate, achievable and represent commercial value for clients and customers;
  • Develop strong customer relationships to widen customer base and marketing opportunities.


We are looking for a candidate that has/is:

  • Relevant third level education and experience in working in sales within corporate catering / hospitality;
  • Proven track record in achieving new business targets and objectives;
  • Excellent communication, time management, organization and presentation skills;
  • Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus;
  • Willing to do projects, if necessary, out of scope of the original job description.


Salary will be based on knowledge and experience.
