As an Executive Assistant your mission is to unburden the C-Level Executive you will be assisting. Within this team, which consist of 5 other Executive Assistants, you ensure the calendars and meetings of this FMCG Brand's executive team members are clear, uncluttered and organized. In this position, it is crucial to be well-organized, a strong communicator and a true brand supporter. Besides supporting the C-Level Executive, you will also play an imperative role in organizing internal events. The global HQ of this brand is located in Amsterdam's city center.

Job profile

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support and advise C-Level Executives and their teams, so they can be self-managed as much as possible;
  • Managing and organizing several calendars containing internal and external meetings;
  • Arranging and facilitating meetings and events;
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation;
  • Handling multiple administrative duties;
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate that has/is:

  • Strong preference towards a candidate with a Bachelor in Hospitality Management;
  • A secretarial background and at least 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Proactive and effective, you get fulfilment in giving the best possible support;
  • High levels of ownership and accountability, being able to put one self in their managers’ shoes;
  • Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Works proactively, independently setting priorities and handling stressful situations;
  • Excellent command of the English language and if you speak Dutch it’s a plus;
  • You have fun in your job and give your best to contribute to a nice and professional work environment. ​​​​​​​

Offer

A gross salary between €3000 and €4500 gross per month with excellent secondary benefits will be offered for this position, depending on experience and knowledge.
