Responsibilities Restaurant Supervisor - Tourist Attraction

As Restaurant Supervisor for this unique location in Rotterdam, you will be responsible for providing the best service to the guests. You will support your team and help them wherever needed. You will coordinate the tasks performed in the restaurant with the rest of the operation. The restaurant can also be transformed into a special conference room, in which case you will be responsible for serving a hearty lunch or a good cup of coffee. 

In short, your duties will include, but are not limited to; 

• Leading and supporting your team in their daily work;
• Coordinating your tasks with the other departments of the company;
• Advising guests whenever they ask for it; 
• Ensuring perfect service at all times; 
• Opening and closing the cash register.

Requirements Restaurant Supervisor - Tourist Attraction

As the perfect candidate for the role you recognize yourself in the following criteria; 

• You have a relevant degree at HBO/MBO level (For example Hospitality Management) 
• You have at least 1 year of experience in a relevant role as a leader;
• You are fluent in English (and preferably Dutch);
• Working in a stressful environment does not bother you at all;
• You are naturally hospitable and service oriented.

This organization offers a dynamic working environment with lots of variation in tasks. The salary for this position is between €2400 and €2900 gross per month based on a full-time workweek.
