Cluster Revenue Manager - International Ambiance

After 2+ years of living in a pandemic, the world has opened up again. This means international travel both leisure and business will be getting back to business as usual. We're currently looking for additional support in the commercial backbone of this hotel group with their offices located in Amsterdam. As Cluster Revenue Manager you are responsible for maximizing revenues for three hotels. You do so by implementing agreed strategies and tactical positioning.

Responsibilities Cluster Revenue Manager

The Revenue Manager that we are looking for is responsible for:

  • Constantly monitoring changes in inventory across all distribution channels;
  • Analyzing key reports, reviewing price recommendations and making hotel budgets and monthly forecast;
  • Actively working with other team members, share market experience and perform data analysis to achieve the best possible results;
  • Determine the market position of the hotels: keep track of and monitor information and data about competitors, events, market and trends;
  • Tracking and assessing bookings in the system for occupancy rates and prices, acting based on this.

Requirements Cluster Revenue Manager:

The Revenue Manager that we are looking for has the following qualities:

  • HBO working and thinking level;
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in the field of Revenue Management;
  • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to use data systems to make successful yield decisions;
  • Knowledge of PMS, CRS and different distribution channels (OnQ and Brilliant knowledge is a plus);
  • Good social skills and a sense of hospitality are very important.

The Offer

You will be working in a young and dynamic environment. The company will offer a salary depending on qualification and experience with a maximum of €3400,-.
