Responsibilities Executive Housekeeper

As an Executive Housekeeper in a luxury hotel where excellence and attention to detail define the guest experience, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing the complete housekeeping operation. You will set the standard for quality, efficiency, and service while inspiring your team to achieve outstanding results.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing the housekeeping and laundry teams;
• Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction;
• Overseeing planning, budgets, and inventory management;
• Working closely with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B teams;
• Continuously improving processes and operational excellence.

Requirements Executive Housekeeper

We are looking for a professional who effortlessly combines leadership, precision, and guest-centricity, meeting the following job criteria:

• Proven experience in a housekeeping management role within a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel environment;
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop large teams;
• In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality standards, housekeeping operations, and service excellence;
• Excellent command of English, Dutch is preferred. 
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a solution-focused mindset and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

The Offer Executive Housekeeper

A competitive salary between €5,000 and €6,000 per month is offered for this position, depending on your experience and background. This role is based on a 36-hour working week spread over four days. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package is provided, which we would be happy to discuss in more detail during a personal interview.
