As Head Chef, you’ll have the freedom and responsibility to take the kitchen to the next level:

• You’ll take overall responsibility for the kitchen and be part of the management team;
• You’ll lead, coach, and inspire the kitchen team, creating a positive and enjoyable working environment;
• You’ll develop creative, seasonal menus with a focus on quality and locally sourced ingredients;
• You’ll oversee quality, efficiency, purchasing, stock management, and financial performance;
• You’ll actively contribute to the hotel’s continued development and have the freedom to bring your culinary vision to life.

You’ll be working on the beautiful island of Terschelling, where you’ll have the freedom to bring your culinary vision to life as Head Chef. You can expect a gross monthly salary of €4,000 to €4,500, depending on your experience. Accommodation can also be discussed, helping you settle in and start this new adventure with peace of mind.
